Experiencing Low Engagement?
We’ve heard this one before. A client says “We sell (e.g) life insurance, why would anyone want to follow a page which tweets about that?”
Short answer? Good content. If you can create something that engages an audience or indeed captures a feeling of emotion inside a user, that’s the hook required to start building a following.
Of course, other factors come into play, such as good customer service and offline recognition, but if you can get your content side right then that’s a great start.
You could be promoting the most exciting brand in the world, but if your posts are dryer than the desert who’s ever going to take any notice? Content is king, especially on social media.
